Week of August 30, 2010
This week we will focus on the following:
1. Holding a pencil correctly and using an eraser
2. Using our math manipulatives properly and putting them away.
3. Learning the rules and procedures, cont.
We don't know if "It's a girl" or "It's a boy", but one of our butterflies were born over the weekend. We all went outside and set it free. It was really neat! The kids waved and waved until we could no longer see it.
Odds and Ends~
*Please send items for the Christmas basket. Hobby Lobby has Christmas things out now, plus a 40% coupon this week.
*If you do not want your child to have chocolate or strawberry milk for lunch, let us know. There was a change and the children are now allowed to choose. Send Mrs. Broadwater an email too.
